About Empower Ability

Empower Ability was founded from lived experience and a genuine passion for care. Our founder began her journey as a support worker in both NDIS and aged care, working closely with participants and older people in their daily lives.

Living alongside people with disabilities and caring for an elderly mother gave her firsthand insight into the challenges families face when seeking reliable, compassionate, and person-centred care. These experiences inspired the creation of Empower Ability a service built on empathy, understanding, and real-world experience.
